Brian and Judy Foxton look forward to welcoming you to their lovely late Victorian home at Number 27, Ripon Road, Harrogate. We offer a first class service including free wi-fi and secure off road parking 5 minutes walk from the Harrogate Convention Centre, glorious Harrogate town centre with all its shops and restaurants and easy access to The Dales with lovely walking countryside and many tourist attractions. We can even re-charge your golf batteries should you be playing whilst on your trip or holiday!! You can then relax in your own private sauna in the Mulberry Room.

The House, recently refurbished, is lovingly cared for, and provides luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation.

We have two guest rooms so we really are a proper and select Bed and Breakfast.

We are a no smoking establishment.

We regret that the property is not suitable for the non-ambulant.

We do not have facilities for small children, nor can we accommodate pets as the house already has a Westie.
